WHALE

Updated: Sep 27, 2024

Follow this easy step-by-step guide for constructing our Whale template.

#1 Print out our Whale template on craft card.

220-260 GSM is best - this is the thickness of the card and can easily be purchased from online and high street stationers

Colour the template.

Paint, pencils, inks or collage - the sky's your limit!

When you're ready, cut the template out.

Using scissors, follow the dotted outline, including any tabs which might be used to slot the pieces together. Make sure you ask an adult to supervise this step if it's needed

Now it's time to fold both pieces down the middle lengthwise.

To create the Whale's mouth, fold the open-v tab to slightly overlap and tape this together.

Slot the folded pieces together making sure that the slots slide into each other.

Press the top of the Whale's head flat and curl the sides of the flippers under to gently meet towards the middle.

You're done!
